Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
EU Delivery Timeframes We ship to all 27 EU member states. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Western EU (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Austria): 7–12 business days
- Southern EU (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Malta, Cyprus): 10–16 business days
- Nordic (Sweden, Denmark, Finland): 8–14 business days
- Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 12–21 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery region.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Customs & Import Duties mocolobo ships from international fulfilment partners. Orders delivered within the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country and order value. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays outside our fulfilment network.
