Omega contains DHA and EHA. DHA is important for brain and heart function. EHA is important for immune function and control of inflammation. It can also improve eye health and mood. It is recommended to be taken whilst breastfeeding and during pregnancy. It is also important in the formation of a healthy placenta.

Each capsule contains 120mg DHA and a recommended serving is 2-3 capsules dependent on dietary fish intake.

It is recommended to take a minimum of 300mg in pregnancy
